Privacy Policy
Effective October 19, 2026
Who this covers
This policy describes how Advanced Voice Research Labs, Inc. (“AVRL,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use avrl.io, including its pages and copies of those pages we host at other addresses, such as on Google Cloud at appspot.com (the “sites”).
The sites publish information about AVRL’s freight pricing products. They do not create customer accounts. The personal information we handle from the sites comes from messages you send us, from site measurement, and from lead analysis.
Information you send us
If you email us, including through a “Schedule a Demo” link, we receive the email address you send from, the contents of your message, and any details you choose to include, such as your name, company, phone number, and what you want to discuss. We use that information to reply, schedule conversations, and follow up about the products you asked about.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the sites are used: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, roughly where visits come from, and general device and browser information.
We also record how visitors interact with the sites, such as clicks on “Schedule a Demo” and contact links, which products are opened and for how long, whether a visit began on a link to a particular product, use of the interactive illustrations (including where a comparison slider is left), how far a visitor gets through a walkthrough, and which sections of a page are scrolled into view. These records describe the interaction, such as the product or section involved and the time spent. They do not include what you type or the contents of any email you send.
We use those measurements to operate and improve the sites. We do not send names or email addresses to Google Analytics, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.
Google Analytics uses cookies, including cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by the ID of the Analytics property, to tell visits apart. Those cookies can remain on your browser for up to two years. Google Analytics 4 does not store your full IP address. Google processes this information under its terms for the service. How Google uses information from sites that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
Apollo.io
We use Apollo.io to analyze business leads. Apollo’s website tracking script runs on the sites and may use cookies or similar browser storage to recognize repeat visits. Apollo may receive information about a visit to the sites, including IP address, pages viewed, the time of the visit, and the referring page. Apollo uses that information, together with its business-contact database, to associate a visit with a company and, when it can match a person, with professional details such as name, job title, company, and business email address.
We also use Apollo to look up and review professional information about people and companies who contact us or who otherwise appear as a sales lead. We use those records to see which businesses are evaluating AVRL and to decide whether and how to follow up. We do not use Apollo to sell personal information or to run ads on other companies’ sites.
Apollo’s privacy policy is at apollo.io/privacy-policy.
Logs
The sites are hosted on Google Cloud. Like most web hosts, Google Cloud records request logs needed to run and protect the service, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. We use those logs to keep the sites available and to investigate abuse. We do not use them for advertising.
How we use information
- To respond to you and to carry on the sales conversations you start.
- To measure how the sites are used and to fix and improve them.
- To identify companies and business contacts who visit or inquire, and to decide how to follow up.
- To secure the sites, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who else receives it
We share information with service providers only for the purposes above:
- Google, for Google Analytics and for hosting the sites on Google Cloud.
- Apollo.io, for lead analysis.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we sell or reorganize the business, in which case this policy would still describe how the information is handled or we would tell you about a new one.
Google and Apollo are based in the United States and may process information there.
How long we keep it
We keep email inquiries for as long as they are part of an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterward as ordinary business records.
Our Analytics property keeps event-level and user-level site-measurement data for 14 months. For user-level data, that period starts again each time you return to the sites. Reports built from aggregated data are not affected by these limits.
We keep lead records in our Apollo workspace while they are relevant to a current or recent sales conversation. Professional contact details that Apollo already maintains in its own database are handled under Apollo’s privacy policy. You can ask us to delete the lead records we hold about you.
Hosting logs are kept for the period Google Cloud retains request logs for our project.
Your choices & opt-out controls
In jurisdictions that require prior consent for non-essential cookies (including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, and Brazil), we do not load Google Analytics or Apollo.io unless you choose Accept on our cookie notice. In the United States and other regions, you can opt out of site measurement and Apollo.io lead-analysis tracking at any time using the control below, or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser.
We automatically honor the Sec-GPC: 1 request header and the navigator.globalPrivacyControl browser signal as a valid opt-out of non-essential tracking and third-party lead analysis on this browser.
Checking your current browser preference…
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies or scripts limits the measurement and lead-analysis described above. The sites still work without those cookies.
You can email sales@avrl.io to ask what lead or inquiry records we hold about you, to correct them, or to ask us to delete them and to stop using them for follow-up. We will honor a deletion request unless we need to keep a record to complete a conversation you asked for, to protect the sites, or to meet a legal duty. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.
If you are a resident of California or another US state with consumer privacy laws, you may ask us to disclose the categories of personal information we collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to, or ask us to delete or correct that information. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and if you opt out above or send a Global Privacy Control signal, Apollo.io and Google Analytics are disabled on your browser. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
Children
The sites are written for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version at this address and update the effective date. Continued use of the sites after that date is subject to the updated policy.
